Peter Wee
Coach
Besides being the leader of Innovation at NEXEA. He is also an advisor to a prominent regional F&B player and a Council Member of MBAN (the Malaysian Business Angel Network). Before this, he was an Executive Director at PwC, a consulting company and served for 20 years. He then led Ricoh Malaysia as their Managing Director leading the country operations, initiating M&A of the IT business and business model transformation. After that, he was Managing Director of Crop Protection, a multinational chemical producer and distributor and later Rotiboy, a bakery manufacturer and retailer.

He specialises in coaching, and his past experiences include assisting companies in diverse industries in the consulting space, which makes him ideal for Innovation and leading startups in their growth journey. Peter is also a Design Thinking specialist, accredited by the MIT Sloan School of Management. In addition, he is a business coach at the Asian School of Business.
KATHLEEN MARIE FERNANDEZ
Trainer, Facilitator & Coach
Kathy Fernandez is not just an expert in Leadership Coaching and Team Development; she also serves as the Vice President of the Malaysian Association of Facilitators (MAFa) for 2022-2024. Before this, she earned her stripes with a 9-year career, including co-facilitating leadership series for industry giants like Mindvalley and Lazada. She has also been instrumental in designing and conducting Design Thinking programs for various organizations, including UMW and Equities Tracker.
Specializing in Storytelling for Impact, Change Management, and Virtual Learning Experience Design, Kathy holds an Advanced Design Thinking Certificate from IDEO U. She is also a Certified Professional Facilitator, accredited by Grape People, TeamCoach International, and the Finnish Education Evaluation Centre (FINEC). In addition, Kathy is a Certified Masteries Practitioner Coach with the International Association of Coaching (IAC).
Her diverse experience makes her an ideal coach for leaders and teams across various industries. Kathy has also designed and launched entirely virtual international courses that have reached over 250 participants across four continents. She is a sought-after panel speaker and has been a Professional Emcee for notable events, including the IAC Malaysia Conference.
